For centuries, European herbal tradition has leaned on arnica, which is why it turns up in so many massage balms. Alongside it we put comfrey and sea buckthorn, two botanicals with a reputation for calming irritation, so the Massage Balm sends tired joints away looser and more at ease.

Yes, daily use is fine. Arctic herbs and beeswax are what the Massage Balm is built from, with no medicated chemicals, so there's no cycling off and nothing accumulating inside you. Plenty of people keep it going daily for tired muscles and day-to-day tension.
